Microcement is a decorative coating composed of cement, water-based resins, additives and mineral pigments or epoxy resin that can be applied on a multitude of vertical and horizontal surfaces thanks to its great adherence. This construction material stands out because it is applied directly onto existing materials: tiles, plasterboard, floor tiles, plaster.
- Politura – The NEW quartz-based technology behind Politura microcement is the most advanced in the market place in terms of durability and ease of application. Extremely hard wearing, easy to apply and incredibly versatile.
Politura is manufactured from Quartz sand with a Mohs hardness of 7.
- Errelab – Composed of an amine resin in an aqueous vehicle (part A) and an epoxy resin in an aqueous emulsion (part B). Available as a neutral base. The composite allows to create coatings with a high mechanical resistance. It hardens in the presence of humidity and is highly permeable.
Here at Pc Group Ltd we offer various training. First of all is the basic entry into plastering which we can tailor to your needs, which is perfect for beginners, Diyers or tradesmen that want to add another string to the bow.
We offer basic entry level training with Microcement, with this course we will explain about substrate preparation and elements that you will need moving forward if this is something you would like to pursue a career in.
All tools and materials are supplied so that you can just turn up and get started.
Courses can be tailored to individuals ranging from 2-5 days depending on what you would like to train in.
We cover most of the plastering aspects. Skimming, float and set, rendering, re-skim, drylining.
We work closely with installers up and down the country so even if you’re not local to us we will have someone local to you.
